Role Summary

Urban Outfitters is looking for an Associate Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, managing budgets, and making strategic optimizations to meet key business goals. This role acts as point of contact with our external agency to communicate business priorities, promotional updates, and develop optimization strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute influencer strategy in concert with other marketing partners.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams on weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities, and translate into actionable marketing plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and other third-party partners, communicating promotional calendars, creative, and business updates.
  • Continually monitor and analyze channel performance, and leverage data to adjust strategies to reach business goals and core channel KPIs.
  • Proactively conduct research on industry trends, publisher opportunities, and incremental testing strategies to grow and diversify our Affiliate programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing and analytics teams to identify areas of efficiency and improvement to drive effective growth.

Role Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Strong Communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
