Role Summary

Anthropologie Living is looking for a PD/Sourcing Coordinator to work with the Category Manager in conjunction with Décor Class merchants and design partners to collaborate on the coordination and execution of product development support in Mirrors, Lighting & Hardware category environments.

Role Responsibilities

Focus

  • Product development process
  • Ensure product data accuracy across platforms (Bamboo Rose, development tracker, PIT deck, in-country trip agenda + summary)
  • Briefs hand off
  • CAD approvals
  • Updated sample photos
  • Capture revision history
  • Audit FOB, ELC, IMU information for accuracy
  • Calendar milestone management. Deadline due dates
  • VSN and style page creation
  • R&D on seasonal vision(s) w. vendor base for swatching requests
  • Tracking management of R&D swatch / strike-off submissions
  • Weekly reporting and updates for all WIP management.
  • Ad-hoc / special projects support

Sample management

  • Send sample requests through Bamboo Rose, ensure vendors enter tracking information into tech specs.
  • Ensure prototypes are properly packaged for shipping.
  • COO sample container organization
  • Create sample POs + NMPOs.
  • Draft PLs created by vendors.
  • Track samples and swatches through delivery
  • Work with receiving teams across warehouses (IFC, B17)
  • Ensure database has updated sample photos and customs line review document is accurate for efficient customs clearance.

Holistic Purchase Order Hand Off (POHO) management

  • Post-finalization revisions and chase item management
  • Product Data coordination saved to shared drive + attached to tech specs.
  • Product & Approval Information sheets shared with cross functional team

 

Role Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a coordination related role.
  • Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Office Suite skills required.
  • Effective communication with internal teams and ability to work w. large teams.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. Time management.
  • Proactive and ownership mentality of coordinated activities
