Role Summary

The Nuuly Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will drive Nuuly brand marketing efforts, including integrated marketing campaign strategy, influencer activations, and brand partnerships. Must be strategic, collaborative, organized and analytical with a proven track record of establishing impactful brand marketing campaigns that align with business goals to increase brand awareness and drive subscriptions/sales.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing is responsible for:

  • Brand 360 Marketing Campaigns (approximately two per year) as well as other key seasonal marketing activations.
  • Oversight of Nuuly’s Influencer Marketing program/team.
  • Co-branded Marketing efforts with partners that align to and elevate the Nuuly Brand.
  • Drive PR narratives, especially in B2B and consumer facing press in collaboration with Executive Director and PR agency.
  • Work closely with internal creative, marketing and merchandising teams to ensure brand best practices, guidelines and instructions to guide brand marketing efforts in producing content deliverables that achieve brand goals.
  • Oversee measurement of brand initiatives to ensure they are driving awareness, site traffic and subscriptions and create campaigns hindsights to evaluate effect of campaigns and identify future opportunities.
  • Be highly articulate in all areas of brand communication with creators, partners and vendors.
  • Supervise Brand Marketing team.

Role Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or related role with an emphasis on Brand experience.
  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the Nuuly brand, customers, and product. Have a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.
  • Self-starter and strong team player who can act as both a collaborator and an owner/leader. 
  • Flexibility in a start-up-like environment is critical. Must be willing to both think strategically and roll up sleeves as needed. Must be willing to wear multiple hats.
  • Exceptional project management, process management and organization skills. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills: must be able to present and inspire.
  • Understands brand marketing and influencer KPIs.
