Role Summary

The Anthropologie Assistant Retoucher is responsible for organizing and distributing e-commerce images to freelance retouchers and retouching on-figure product for Anthropologie Weddings e-commerce site. They will work closely with the weddings retouching team to meet strict deadlines and support business growth.

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Retouching on-figure images by priority to ensure completion for activations.
  • Organizing and distributing e-commerce images to team members and freelance
  • Prioritize images by activation date for ad campaigns, social, & email needs
  • Work with web producer to solve issues with color codes, incorrect skus, etc.
  • Upload images to Scene 7 and enter necessary information into Step program for product activation.
  • Keep organization of all product images and drop to server for cross functional needs.

Role Qualifications

  • Must have 2-3 years of retouching experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to take initiative
  • Organization and flexibility is key!
  • Proficient in Photoshop and mac systems
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce retouching: skin, garment, masking, color correcting
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Anthropologie/ URBN brands
