URBN's approach to digital media is ever-evolving. Our in house agency team covers core Programmatic channels that drive new customer acquisition, customer retention, media efficiency, and incrementality across all URBN brands (Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People & Nuuly).

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, launch, and monitoring of programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as TradeDesk, Amazon, DV360, Yahoo
  • Assist with day-to-day campaign management, including pacing checks, budget tracking and performance against KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability)
  • Support Ad Operations on trafficking, tagging, and troubleshooting delivery or measurement issues
  • Conduct pre- and post-launch QA on creative, targeting, and tracking setup to ensure campaigns go live correctly
  • Pull weekly campaign data and help build reporting and performance summaries for programmatic buyers and brand stakeholders
  • Partner with brand strategy, analytics, and creative teams to help align targeting and messaging across campaigns
  • Help maintain documentation of campaign specs, timelines and vendor/platform processes
  • Stay current on programmatic trends, inventory opportunities and privacy changes affecting media buying

Role Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and core concepts such as open internet targeting and bid strategies
  • Familiarity with one or more DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360) a plus
  • Comfortable working with marketing data (i.e. platform reporting, MTA, GA4) in Excel, Sheets or AI tools to identify insights and drive informed recommendations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with ad serving/tagging tools (e.g., Innovid, CM360, Double Verify), exposure to working across multiple brands/clients simultaneously, experience working with e-commerce, or related experience with other technology centric industries
