Role Summary

Anthropologie is seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you'll serve as the go-to analytics partner, responsible for building dashboards, crafting new views of performance data, and translating marketing activity into actionable insights.

You'll work cross-functionally with channel leads, media strategists, and senior stakeholders to help them understand marketing effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing and analytics, with a passion for clear visual communication and the curiosity to dig into data when something looks off and instinctively asks "why" a number moves, not just "what" moved.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards using data visualization platforms
  • Partner with digital marketing leads (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliate, SEO) to create custom reports and visualizations
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests with agility, producing clear, structured output that guides business action
  • Continuously enhance reporting frameworks to reflect evolving business priorities, KPIs, or marketing strategies
  • Analyze multi-channel marketing performance to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with data engineering or analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and scalability
  • Translate complex data into simple, clear narratives tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify gaps or limitations in existing data sets and recommend solutions

Role Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Qlik or a comparable BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), with the ability to ramp up quickly on new tooling
  • Proficient SQL skills strongly preferred; experience with Snowflake a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs across channels (ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, etc.)
  • Experience working with data from platforms like GA4, CM360, Facebook Ads Manager, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — ability to turn business questions into reporting solutions and ambiguous requests into structured analysis
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love of clean, intuitive data visualizations
