Role Summary

As a Nuuly Web Production Intern,  you will play a key role in catalog management and product copywriting. You will be responsible for a multitude of e-commerce operational tasks including new product activations, site catalog management, product attribution for site search and navigation, and ensuring accuracy of product copy. Exceptional organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to filter and prioritize feedback and requests strategically are keys to success in this role.

The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/7 through 8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process:

1) Apply to one (1) internship posting that best aligns with your interests and skills. If there is a project component included in the application (see role qualifications below), it is required and must be submitted at the time of application to be considered for the position.

 

2) Complete a Video Interview: Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email with a link to complete a video interview. Once the email is received, candidates will have two (2) days to complete this portion of the application.

 

3) Interviews with our internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis.

Role Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of web applications such as a catalog management system and inventory and tracking systems.
  • Support new product activations by entering and maintaining accurate product data across internal systems.
  • Assist with ongoing QA and monitoring of website content and proper functionality.
  • Help maintain site catalog organization and taxonomy in alignment with merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the other  Web Producers, Buying and Merchandising teams on day-to-day digital operations tasks.
  • Support the creation of new site categories and navigation updates based on seasonal and strategic direction.

Role Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with strong quality assurance skills.
  • Must be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong capacity for multi-tasking, organization, working independently, and time management  in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive personality with a strong sense of initiative.
  • In-depth computer literacy and internet proficiency.

Preferred Skills

    • Competency with web-based product, content, or catalog management applications.
    • Interest in utilizing data to inform decisions.
    • Basic understanding of SEO 
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital retail environments.
