Through data-driven analysis and collaborative inventory management, the Allocation team ensures the right product reaches the right stores at the right time to help achieve brand financial objectives. During this 10-week summer internship, you will gain hands-on experience in retail allocation, learn foundational inventory strategy, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to support daily business operations.

What will you be doing? | · Daily Allocation & Execution: Assist with the allocation of initial product distributions and in-season store replenishment using our internal allocation systems. · Reporting & Analysis: Analyze weekly performance to track store inventory levels, identify stock opportunities, and support sales targets. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Planning, Buying, Operations, and Store Planning partners to understand inventory flow and address store-level needs. · Store & Field Insights: Participate in store visits to observe inventory management in action and identify site-specific product opportunities.

Project Overview
| Over the course of the 10-week program, you will develop a presentation with a focus on a specific business initiative designed to improve efficiency or identify growth opportunities within Allocation. Which could include:
· Analyzing a specific product category, store grouping, or regional performance trend to uncover actionable inventory insights. · Developing tools, templates, or reporting enhancements to support daily allocation workflows. · Presenting key findings, recommendations, and project results to Allocation team leaders during the internship · Project culminates with a presentation to brand leadership and cross-functional partners |
What will you bring?
| · Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, basic retail math concepts, and a strong interest in retail data analysis. · Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., working with spreadsheets, basic formulas). · Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships in a team environment. · Problem-Solving & Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn day-to-day retail operations. · Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred). No prior formal allocation experience required.
