Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a part-time Buying Operations Coordinator to support the daily operational functions of our buying department!

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for entering and revising buyer images in our merchandising systems.
  • Ensure proper set up and maintenance of SKUS in IP, STEP, and Sterling (via B2c) including pricing, costing, loads, descriptions, attributes, shipping restrictions and up charges. 
  • Take directions and help with operational projects.
  • Learn Purchase Order Entry to help the broader Buying Operations team keep up with demand of data entry.
  • Work in synergy with Buying, Planning, Allocation and Ecommerce teams toward common goals for the merchandise area. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Role Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and to retain information.  Must be analytical and be able to comprehend how multiple systems interact.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions when troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment; demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experienced in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exhibits a high energy level as well as a positive attitude. 
  • 3 days in office, 25 hours a week
