Role Summary

The Temporary Video Production Coordinator will report into the Sr. Video Producer and be responsible for supporting the post production process & pre-production process for videos across all Anthropologie Group brands. Brands include Anthropologie, Anthropologie Home, Anthropologie Weddings, and Terrain. This includes assisting the Sr. Video Producer & Video Production Coordinator with creating post production timelines for internal teams and freelancers, ensuring all timelines are on track and deadlines are met, keeping a constant line of communication with all editors, working with Digital Design team to collect assets, following up with internal teams for feedback, communicating with marketing and social teams on video status, keeping video tracker up to date, and checking all final videos for delivery. This role will support day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficient workflow and effective processes of the video team in their pre-production and post production processes. This role will work closely with the Video team, Production teams, Creative Operations team, and Marketing. Above all, they must be a team player that treats others with respect, kindness, and humility.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in booking freelance crew members, talent, vendors, and production gear ahead of video shoots
  • Coordinate and with production coordinator to oversee post production timelines for video projects, ensuring that they are executed on time and making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and target live dates
  • Assist in creating call sheets, processing invoices, and working with Sr. Video Producer to keep budget files accurate
  • Work with operations & design team through Asana, email & Slack to collect and distribute assets for editors
  • Ensure all Social & Marketing video requests are being fulfilled when working with editors on final deliverables
  • Monitor all post timelines daily and check in with teams for deadlines and deliveries
  • Assist video production coordinator in updating video tracker in Asana with due dates & deliverables and inputting new video asks
  • Checking all videos from editors to ensure video specs are correct and accounted for on final video deliveries
  • Assist in distributing final videos through Video Assets distribution email
  • Follow up with creative directors on video feedback, ensure all feedback for editors is clear, concise, and given in a timely fashion
  • Coordintate with Sr. Video Producer after shoots wrap to send footage to editors at the start of the post production process and receive all hard drives at the end of projects

Role Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an eye for process improvements
  • Previous experience working with video talent (editors, dop's, production crews, etc.)
  • Experience with booking freelance crew and talent
  • Strong understanding of video post production timelines, processes, work flow, and understanding of different video specs and file types.
  • Ability to multitask with awareness for timing and urgency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Must be able to communicate needs and creative feedback efficiently.
  • Excitement to contribute to a collaborative, creative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere is a plus.

The wage range for this role is $60,000-$70,000.Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.
