Role Summary

URBN is looking for an HRIS Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting URBN’s HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management systems UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, and iCIMS. The HRIS Coordinator is the first point of contact for technical support cases regarding Recruiting, Onboarding, People Center, Scheduling and Timekeeping, and is responsible for supporting essential internal system processes, educating users, and providing solutions to increase functionality, satisfaction and ease of use.

Role Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all Tier 1 support for URBN’s HRIS Systems, including researching and resolving Help Desk tickets and escalating complex issues.
  • Maintain updates to internal SOPs and user Knowledge Base Articles.
  • Identify challenges and areas of improvement in user training materials and Knowledge Base Articles; recommend and implement enhancements to resources to improve employee self-service capability.
  • Support daily and ad-hoc tasks to ensure System Health and Data integrity; including Web Imports, Review and Resolve Integration Errors, Employee Data Audits and Data Corrections.
  • Provide administrative project support for scheduling and communications.
  • Maintain discretion and ensure proper handling while dealing with highly sensitive data.

Role Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of work experience in HR, HRIS, Payroll or retail management roles preferred.
  • General understanding of Payroll, Timekeeping, and Wage & Hour concepts.
  • Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM and/or other Cloud HCM systems a plus.
  • Experience with iCIMS or other Cloud Recruiting systems a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong Time Management skills and ability to work independently
