Urban Outfitters Assistant Stylist (photo studio)

The E-commerce Assistant Stylist role is responsible for aiding in the styling operations of the UO Photo Studio.They should have a background that shows exposure and experience in an on-set/studio environment, exhibiting the ability to multi-task, quickly problem solve, and maintain organization on set. They should be comfortable taking initiative to assist stylists by streamlining processes

Responsibilities:
- Assist Stylists on-set and during style-outs if needed
- Manage the coordination of product to be shot, from preparation of garment to post-shoot organization
- Serve as a liaison between studio operations team and stylists to ensure any call outs are communicated to rest of team.
- Maintain the organization of the studio bays, ensuring the team is keeping the biggest investments in our styling closet and communicating to assistant buyers any needs the studio may have.
- Responsible for relaying any changing systems to the freelance stylists to ensure all assistants are up to date on studio protocol.
- Continuously research, share, and apply trend inspiration, detailing techniques, and emerging ideas to help stylists elevate brand imagery.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of on-set assisting experience
- Strong understanding of studio environment and the collaboration of roles within
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to recognize current trends and forecast emerging/upcoming trends
- Anticipate and resolve creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions
- Strong understanding of the URBN and Urban Outfitters culture, brand, and customer
- Ability to contribute to a positive team morale
