Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a Temporary Assistant PD Coordinator to help drive the day-to-day product development requirements, supporting the development of unique and on-trend product at competitive prices. In this role you will also be responsible for providing excellent administrative and interpersonal skills when communicating with internal and external partners. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Follow up with vendor and internal teams to ensure development samples are ordered, shipped, and received in the system accurately and within required timelines.  
  • Manage Plus style creation
  • Follow up w/ design and vendors on seasonal BOM approvals
  • Update PO's as needed seasonally.
  • Manage vendor follow up to ensure system is updated accurately and on-time 
  • Keep sample reports up to date and manage all development samples
  • Make updates to WIP report as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages 
  • Professionally communicate via email and in person with cross functional partners.   

Role Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Listens actively and asks appropriate questions to gain knowledge. 
  • Strong computer skills are requiredincluding Outlook, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel
