Role Summary

Terrain is looking for someone who will be the coordinator of process, samples and information from buying team and vendors to web merchandising team to get products activated on the site.

Role Responsibilities

  • Input all Product information sheets in STEP and gather all info from vendors/buyers
  • Lead the turnover process & make sure all assets are in place for all new product to be activated online
  • Be the point person through sales force and answer any product detail questions from the call center
  • Send back samples from the stores and the DC where it is necessary
  • Circulate the received not activated report every Monday to show the status of all products
  • Relay all copy and photo styling notes to all respective teams
  • Salesforce (communication with buyers on product questions from the call center)
  • Sample Coordination: product photography, web creative shoots, catalog, PR showroom

Web Creative Photography:

  • Work with the photo team and Web Merchandisers in requesting samples for monthly web creative shoots
  • Assign deadlines for buying team so samples will be rounded up for shoots on time
  • Print sample packets with sample locations for corresponding shoots weekly and send to all parties involved
  • Act as the point person for Production Assistants while they are rounding up weekly photoshoot samples

Campaign Photography:

  • Work with Creative Director and Art Director in coordinating sample needs for seamless photography and creative shoots
  • Assign deadlines for buying team so samples will be rounded up for shoots on time
  • Print sample packets for Production Assistants and freelance photography team
  • Ensure all samples get back to buyers after shoots are completed

Product Photography:

  • Scan all items passed for turnover on Mondays
  • Work on product information sheets each week for each turnover
  • Coordinate samples being transported on Fridays by the budget team to get to the photo studio
  • Meet with the photo team every Monday to go over the RNA and send out to show where products are in the turnover process

PR Showroom:

  • Create picture packet of all items going to PR Showroom
  • Help coordinate items being passed for showroom
  • Track and make sure all items that are brought to showroom are unpacked and brought back to home office

Role Qualifications

  • Must exhibit strong communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Maintain tracking system for sample whereabouts
  • Holds weekly meetings with buyers and web team for upcoming product in turnover and RNA
  • Works with buyers and vendors to get PI sheets completed in a timely manner and uploaded into MTS
