Anthropologie is looking for a Digital Merchandising Coordinator who is responsible for executing the online product strategy. This includes ensuring products are accurately listed, visually compelling, and easy to find through optimized search and navigation.
Site Presentation & Catalog Management: This includes managing product attributes, categories, and "taxonomy" (how items are grouped) to ensure a frictionless user journey. Curate and organize product assortments.
Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct routine "site sweeps" to troubleshoot technical issues, broken links, or incorrect pricing before they impact the customer.
Conversion Optimization: Implement on-site merchandising strategies such as "Complete the Look" recommendations, cross-selling, and up-selling to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
