Anthropologie Instructional Design Intern

Anthropologie is looking for an Instructional Design intern to join them this summer! This intern will support the Service & Styling team by creating dynamic training through engaging content development and a modern, thoughtful and innovative approach to design with a variety of end uses and mediums to educate our store teams on selling to and styling the customer. 

• Support Multimedia Instructional Designer to ideate / elevate training materials around service, selling and styling initiatives and uphold brand design standards and style guides. 
• Partner with service and styling leadership to determine content / training needs, timelines and ownership. 
• Write short, impactful and creative training content for store team development and product confidence. 
• Have basic understanding of training fundamentals and support editing of content as needed during the design process. 
• Design digital content including activities, tutorials, job aids, assessments, multimedia based assets and printed materials. 
• Create mini-campaign branding assets (i.e. logos, mockups, etc.) for use in all training workshops or other meeting / training needs. 
• Proactively seek out new AI technology, graphic design and multimedia trends. 
• Concept, create and edit short training videos and/or photoshoots for styling content.
• Other duties as assigned. 

• Experience in graphic design and development of written training materials preferred. 
• Experience with all Adobe Suite programs & Canva
• Experience in planning, scripting, filming, and editing video content. 
• Appreciation of Anthropologie culture, customer and brands or similar retail experience. 
• Understanding of visual communication. 
• Innovative self-starter who takes initiative and remains self-motivated and organized in a fast paced, evolving environment.
