Role Overview

This role is designed to provide critical administrative and operational support to our Buying, Merchandising, Sales, and Planning teams. You will act to ensure our seasonal assortments are organized, our selling tools are accurate, and our go-to-market process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Tool Support

  • Maintain Selling Tools: Assist in the daily updates and maintenance of Go-To-Market (GTM) tools, ensuring all product data is accurate for the sales team.
  • Sample & Visual Coordination: Work with the color and visual teams to help organize product samples into outfitting stories and trend presentations.
  • Market Preparation: Help prepare physical and digital materials for market appointments; attend meetings to assist with note-taking and setup.

Data & Reporting Assistance

  • Weekly Sales Tracking: Assist in pulling weekly sales reports by channel, color, and category to help the senior team identify trends.
  • Inventory Documentation: Help track account-specific exclusives and adjustments, ensuring all changes are documented for the planning and sourcing teams.
  • Information Resource: Serve as a helpful point of contact for sales offices regarding basic product details, delivery dates, and calendar milestones.

Process & Calendar Management

  • Administrative Follow-up: Monitor the seasonal calendar to send reminders and ensure deliverables (like sample arrivals or data entry) are completed on time.
  • Meeting Support: Provide logistical support for Monthly Style Reviews, Buyroll meetings, and Pre-show events.
  • Special Projects: Assist the merchandising team with off-calendar product requests and miscellaneous data entry as needed.

Role Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience: 1-3 year of experience in wholesale, buying, or merchandising.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Mindset: A "no task is too small" attitude with a strong desire to learn the lifecycle of a product.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product Passion: A natural interest in fashion/retail trends and product development.
