URBN is hiring an Analyst, Performance Marketing with experience in Digital Performance Media and Search Engine Marketing to help us better measure and optimize the effectiveness of our investments. This role sits on our central Marketing organization and will directly support our growing in house Paid and Organic Search teams. This role will also focus on LLM Agent/Answer Engine Optimization initiatives meant to drive Brand Discoverability in these new platforms as the Search and Shopping landscape continues to quickly evolve. You will be hands on with data and dashboards every day, helping to translate metrics into actionable insights for Marketing decision makers and to drive Brand Demand, Customer Acquisition and Retention, and Marketing effectiveness.
