Role Summary

Free People is looking for an Affiliates & Media Coordinator to sit across Free People Collection and Free People Movement. The Affiliates & Media Coordinator will sit on the Omni Media team which includes Public Relations both organic and paid as well as Affiliate Marketing. This person will assist in all aspects of the Media team including tracking team budgets, facilitating new and existing media partnerships, and balancing the creative & strategic aspects of the team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with tracking budget for all Affiliate types daily, weekly, monthly globally 
  • Track all press clips print & digital for both Free People & FP Movement
  • Assist with store opening press for all Free People & FP Movement locations including press releases & local press outreach
  • Manage asset creation and agency asset requests for the team - working cross functionally to properly communicate all info
  • Assist with providing media partners all information necessary for content including but not limited to new arrivals, product releases and promotions
  • Facilitate gifting requests for Media partners + large scale PR events
  • Submit and track all invoices and CPA rates for digital affiliate/media opportunities - strategically thinking through optimizations based on current business
  • Work with the studio team on PR flat shots and asset organization for press opportunities
  • Create Affiliate/PR recaps summarizing efforts and measuring success across all channels
  • Attend and recap weekly calls/meetings for Affiliates/Media team
  • Maintain and track placement log for all digital/media opportunities and ensure everything goes live as expected

Role Qualifications

  • Obtained Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field 
  • 2 years of experience in Brand/Digital Marketing, Affiliates, or PR
  • Passion for Free People & FP Movement 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with prior experience managing budget
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Rakuten Advertising, Google Analytics, Tableau 
  • Detail-oriented and strategic mindset
