URBN is hiring a Digital Optimization Analyst to join the team. As a leading global retailer, URBN is
dedicated to delivering personalized, data-driven campaigns across multiple digital touch points. In this role, you will be responsible for developing A/B test experiences and behavioral measurement capabilities on our websites.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Operation teams, to drive and measure improvements across our digital properties. You will be responsible for helping our teams to manage, implement, and QA pixels, tags, and API sourced data signals based on ever-changing platform best practices and for marketing campaign changes and promotions, troubleshooting issues, conducting audits, identifying testing opportunities, and ensuring compliance with various platform requirements.
