The Retoucher is responsible for retouching product and creative imagery for
Anthropologie’s e-commerce site. The primary objective of this role is to provide all retouched images while maintaining quality and authenticity under extremely tight deadlines.
· Retouch product images for Anthropologies’ Photo Studio including: E-comm accessories, beauty, shoes and home products, web creatives / social media · Meet daily image goals and display flexibility when deadlines change · Work with Art Directors and Photographers to execute creative briefs for web platforms including social media and email campaigns. · Receive creative direction from Senior Retouchers, stylists, photographers and designers. · Solve product errors across all classes to avoid costly production and activation delays. · Work with all teams on how and when retouching should be implemented to provide more efficient workflow practices. · React quickly to requests and take action when necessary. · Provide direction and support to Assistant Retouchers. · Maintain organization of files · Interact with the DAM and project management platforms · Checking, updating metadata

Photo compositing, masking, silhouetting and color corrections. Skin corrections, body proportion modifications and styling adjustments.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Anthropologie brand and how it relates to retouching.
Experience with Digital Asset Management systems
The wage range for this role is $58,000 to $62,000 .Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.”
