As an Assistant Web Producer, you won't just be performing tasks—you'll be pivotal in shaping the front-end experience that millions of customers use to discover our evolving catalog of styles. This is a critical entry-level role where your sharp eye and operational excellence directly translate into business growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual with a growth mindset who is obsessed with improving the time-to-site for new, must-have products, directly fueling our customer engagement and revenue.
In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital storefront, owning the operational execution of visual merchandising and catalog management across the website and mobile app.
Customer Discovery Optimization: Own the precise product attribution for an optimized site search and navigation experience, making sure every customer can easily find their next favorite rental.
Style Storytelling: Take ownership of crafting compelling, accurate copy for new styles based on shared product information, translating product details into engaging customer content.
Operational Excellence: Utilize a variety of web and e-commerce applications (e.g., CMS, inventory, and tracking systems) to manage a multitude of daily operational tasks.
Cross-Functional Catalyst: Collaborate seamlessly with key partners (Buying, Digital Merchandising, Photo Studio, DC/Customer Success, and Planning) to pro-actively flag and resolve issues before they impact the live site or the customer experience.
Quality Assurance Champion: Conduct ongoing, rigorous QA and monitoring of website content and functionality, ensuring a perfect, bug-free shopping journey.
Extreme Attention to Detail: Your rigorous focus on accuracy ensures our catalog is flawless and customer-ready.
Proactive Ownership & Organizational Skills: You don't wait for direction; you anticipate needs, manage multiple tasks, and pivot priorities fluidly in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Growth Mindset: You are constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes, specifically seeking ways to reduce time-to-site for new products.
Technical Acumen: You are comfortable working with and troubleshooting technical web systems, demonstrating strong computer literacy and proficiency.
