Role Summary

The Temporary Studio Sample Coordinator is responsible for the organization and management of all samples within the photo studio process. This role partners directly with cross-functional team members to receive samples into the photo studio on a weekly basis and manage all samples through the Turnover process.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supports the Studio Operations Coordinator with the Turnover process to ensure all samples for web are correctly labeled and passed to the Studio in a timely manner.
  • Accurately checks in and tracks samples in Shotflow through scanning and reporting.
  • Supports the Studio Operations Coordinator to provide accurate product counts to Studio Operations and Production Teams to efficiently schedule each week’s workflow.
  • Upholds the Studio processes and efficiencies.
  • Partners with Styling Operations Coordinator and Studio Operations Coordinator to manage sample movement between Creative and Studio teams.
  • Partners with Accessories Sample Coordinator to manage sample movement between Studios.
  • Assist Stylists and Styling Assistants with any sample related questions and needs.

Role Qualifications

  • Maintains an enthusiastic and open demeanor and can manage conflicting needs of cross-functional partners.
  • Acts as the point person for any sample related needs from Studio partners.
  • Committed to an operational/systems-driven position.
  • Exhibits awareness of communication or process breakdowns and problem-solves or leverages resources to find a solution.
