Role Summary

The Assistant Web Merchandiser will be a key contributor to the digital merchandising team, focusing on optimizing the customer journey for our rental products. This role requires a developed fashion sensibilitiy, strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights to drive conversion and revenue.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day merchandising of the rental product catalog, including product page optimizations, categorization, and on-site search optimization.
  • Translate trend and product assortments into compleling stories throughout the customer site experience.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like Sub conversion rates, basket size (Bonus item strategy), and customer state behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with marketing and planning teams to execute brand & CRM campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience from product direction thru to site expereince.
  • Support the A/B testing plans on product pages, gate way pages, and site navigation to improve user engagement and rental conversions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies in the rental market to identify new opportunities.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Proven experience in a digital merchandising or e-commerce role, preferably with a focus on rentals or subscription-based models.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
