Role Summary

Anthropologie is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of our retention marketing strategy through SMS and triggered email channels. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end campaign process from documentation, deployment, optimization, and performance analysis, to ensure accuracy and measurable impact. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about our brands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a commitment to learning with a strong interest in expanding their expertise within the retail vertical. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights to maximize impact at every stage of the customer journey and drive engagement through advanced segmentation and testing. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of SMS campaigns, including creative briefs, QA, deployment, and reporting. 
  • Lead the implementation of segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement. 
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and retention. 
  • Track and report on key metrics (CTR, conversion, revenue attribution, and file health) to identify trends. 
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and MarTech teams to align campaigns with brand priorities. 
  • Stay informed on email/SMS best practices and emerging personalization tactics. 
  • Perform QA testing to ensure flawless rendering across devices and email clients. 

Role Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience; retail experience preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Attentive or similar SMS platform; knowledge of Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for improving customer experience. 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to learning and continuous improvement
