URBN is looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting teams to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is critical to ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently—from scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications to supporting sourcing initiatives and maintaining data accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule high volume candidate interviews across multiple departments and time zones, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain and update candidate records in teams systems (Google and Outlook) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Help organize and support recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) a plus.
A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
