Role Summary

Anthropologie is hiring a Paid Social Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead the strategic execution of paid social programs across Anthropologie, Anthropologie Home, and Weddings. As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of Paid Social campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched effectively, monitored closely, and optimized for performance. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, customer retention, and new customer acquisition through data driven insights and performance analysis. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our dynamic product ad (DPA) program across paid social channels, driving traffic and conversions.

 

This individual will own performance reporting and analysis, translating insights into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations. We’re looking for someone who has a blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, along with a proactive approach to innovation.

Role Responsibilities

• Own dynamic product ad paid social campaign strategy, implementation, and optimization across platforms (including Meta, Pinterest) for consideration and conversion objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to support acquisition, retention, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, traffic growth, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.
• Partner closely with Feedonomics and internal product feed teams to ensure accuracy, optimization, and scalability of feeds for all dynamic campaigns.
• Create a test and learn strategy for dynamic ad creative across product, division, and category levels.
• Develop and implement testing frameworks for creative, audience, and bidding strategies, translating results into actionable learnings.
• Recommend budget reallocations based on performance trends and business needs.
• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, and leadership teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform future strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities, promotional calendars, and brand moments.
• Manage, mentor, and support a Paid Social Coordinator in execution, testing, and reporting.

Role Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience executing or developing paid social marketing strategies and tactics – retail experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of dynamic product ads, product feed optimization, and paid social platform algorithms.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Must have budget management experience.
• Experience analyzing channel results and laddering channel insights up to business goals.
• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Experience working with Feedonomics or similar product feed management systems.
• Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
