Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for an Assistant Merchandiser is to manage the flow of the product and storytelling from the buy to the activation as well as the overall maintenance of the site.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive story telling and content on site
  • Create and build strong product stories
  • Strong capacity for multi-tasking
  • Build strong relationships with cross functional partners
  • Work closely with multiple teams to launch new products and determine where items live onsite
  • Regularly monitor the site to maintain an optimal shopping experience
  • Work with Buying teams and reference analytic data to merchandise product onsite
  • Work with multiple teams to set up & monitor sales promotions
  • Aid the rest of the team with ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Daily email review and follow up

Role Qualifications

  • Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills. 
  • Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Interest/knowledge of home interiors, trends, and general understanding of Anthropologie brand
