Role Summary

FP Movement is looking for an Assistant Merchandiser who is to execute the creative merchandising strategy and flow of product from the buy to activation as well as the overall maintenance of the site and email calendar.

Role Responsibilities

  • Execute monthly email marketing and total site strategy by leveraging strong awareness of key products and trends in the business, coupled with information and recommendations from Analytics, Buying and Planning teams
  • Evaluate the competition and make recommendations to improve the FP Movement on-site merchandising experience for the customer.
  • Manage, coordinate and execute merchandising capsules for all direct photoshoots, working closely with creative teams to ensure product has a unique point-of-view that supports total brand strategy and email marketing calendar focuses.
  • Oversee product presentation and category maintenance across the site, app and email marketing to ensure consistency and strong brand POV
  • Own the email process for all relevant marketing, which includes: creating and maintaining Asana cards for daily campaigns, tracking weekly selling and inventory on all featured styles, and acting as the point person for Graphic Design and Copy teams to ensure the Merchandising vision is translated through copy and imagery for each message
  • Partner with Email Marketing team to launch daily email campaigns efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate key buys and category focuses to cross-functional partners across Marketing and Social to ensure brand alignment across all channels

Role Qualifications

  • Awareness of the industry and trend, specifically within ecommerce.
  • Understanding of the FP Movement customer and aesthetic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Creative + Collaborative.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with strong capacity for multitasking and working independently; adept at prioritizing and filtering feedback
  • Experience in ecommerce merchandising, web production, or related role is ideal

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
