Anthropologie is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead the strategic execution of display media programs across Anthropologie, Anthropologie Home, and Weddings. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, customer retention, and new customer acquisition through data-informed media strategies. Acting as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners, the Specialist will ensure campaigns are aligned with brand priorities and business goals.
This individual will own performance reporting and analysis, translating insights into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and strong communication skills, along with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
