Anthropologie is looking for a Customer Analyst to join our Global Customer Analytics team. We’re seeking a data-driven, collaborative thinker who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, creative environment.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping customer and audience strategy by analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and uncovering opportunities across segments. You’ll work closely with Marketing, CRM, and other cross-functional partners to bring data to life, turning numbers into actionable insights that drive growth for the Anthropologie Group.
You’ll leverage URBN’s rich ecosystem of customer, campaign, product, site, and channel data to guide strategy and enable fact-based decision making. SQL expertise is essential for this role, as you’ll be responsible for querying and analyzing large datasets to support business initiatives.
The Analytics team sits within the Marketing organization at Anthropologie, alongside Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Brand Voice, and Sustainability. Together, we partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to move the business forward.
