Role Summary

URBN is searching for a Training and Development Coordinator! This is an entry level role, responsible for the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Training and Development programs. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented individual who contributes to the participant experience while maintaining the professionalism required for working in the HR department.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist Program Manager with the successful delivery of early career programs, handling logistical and administrative requirements from onboarding to post-program follow-up. This includes scheduling, communications, and acting as the main point of contact for participants.
  • Oversee the setup and execution of live and virtual training programs and events, ensuring an engaging and unique learning atmosphere for participants.
  • Collaborate with other branches of the Talent Development team (analytics, operations, etc.) as well as internal cross functional teams to ensure a seamless program experience.
  • Support and manage program communications, including drafting email copy, updating program websites, and responding to participant questions
  • Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, crafting training descriptions, and recording learning history data. Utilize and assist with reporting tools, including platforms like UKG and Together.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Development team, ensuring seamless experience through timely management of department emails and service tickets.

Role Qualifications

  • Previous experience or a desired career path in Human Resources or Talent Development
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in multiple business applications. Examples: Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and/or facilitating training sessions.
  • An innate curiosity for exploring new ideas and proactive suggestions for improvement.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
