Role Summary

Nuuly is seeking a highly organized, creatively driven Social Media Project Manager & Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social content across platforms. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who excels at timelines, cross-functional coordination, and producing compelling content that strategically aligns with our brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate is a project management pro and production enthusiast who has the ability to think strategically about the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail in execution.

Role Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Own the end-to-end monthly social content calendar and timelines in Asana, ensuring seamless execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Social Managers, Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, Styling) and to align on deliverables, goals, and deadlines
  • Track project progress, and troubleshoot roadblocks in real time to ensure work stays on track
  • Maintain project documentation and production schedules with precision

 

Content Production

  • Produce and oversee content shoots—ranging from in-house shoots to supporting influencer collaborations and user-generated content
  • Scout locations, coordinate talent, and manage production logistics to bring content concepts to life
  • Responsible for managing production budgets and coordinating all aspects of shoot production expenses

 

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the central point of contact between social, brand marketing, and creative teams and ensure social media timelines align with larger channel plans and timelines
  • Lead project management and production updates of weekly social stand-up meetings, clearly communicating deadlines and updates
  • Support influencer content integration and UGC initiatives

Role Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media project management or content production, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar Project Management tool
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with content production, including managing shoots and collaborating with creators/talent
  • A passion for creativity, aesthetics, and the Nuuly brand voice

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain structure and accountability while staying agile to evolving needs 
  • A genuine enthusiasm for social media content production and appreciation for the dynamic environment that comes with it
