Role Summary

URBN is looking for a Contact Center intern to join us for the Summer. During this internship experience, you will have exposure to a variety of components of the URBN Brands and Supply Chain organization. The position requires a self-directed, motivated individual prepared for a fast-paced environment. Working as an intern with Urban Outfitters, Inc. will provide you with guidance for future management skills and the opportunity to execute key managerial decisions.

This internship is located at our home office in Philadelphia and will run from 6/1 -8/7. 

 

Summer Internship Program Application Process:

    

1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills.  If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.  This is due at the time of your application submission.

  

2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.   

  

3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.    

  

Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd 2025. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including customer service representatives, fellow supervisors, operations personnel, customer service managers, brands and our corporate office .
  • Ready to take on varied responsibilities and thrive in a multitasking environment, paying meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in the analysis and development of contact center metrics and business processes
  • Assist in the development of report processes across the organization
  • Support various components and activities spanning the project management life cycle such as business case analysis, detailed requirements, testing/deployment and issues management
  • Learn how a contact center operates from departmental tasks and call center operations, supporting team members and overall process improvement
  • Understand your team's monthly performance scorecard and management process, including CMGAR and reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports, action plans, and presentations to senior leadership

Role Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in: Supply Chain Logistics, Operations Management, or Engineering. Other related majors will be considered case by case.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts and business processes
  • Self-starters
  • Experience with statistical and financial modeling and developing reporting tools
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
