Role Summary

URBN is looking for a Product Information Management Intern to join us for the Summer. This intern will focus on supporting our Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives, playing a key role in our ongoing growth and optimization of Stibo Systems STEP across the enterprise.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.  

 

Summer Internship Program Application Process:

    

  1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills.  If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.  This is due at the time of your application submission.

  

  1. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.   

  

  1. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.    

  

Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd 2025. 

Role Responsibilities

As a PIM Technology Intern, you will work closely with our technology team to support enterprise-wide data initiatives and help ensure that product content flows smoothly from our suppliers to our customer-facing platforms. You will:

  • Learn and support the Stibo STEP platform and its core PIM functionalities
  • Assist in projects supporting all company brands within the PIM landscape
  • Gain hands-on experience with JavaScript and contribute to custom scripting and configurations within STEP
  • Collaborate on the development and rollout of our supplier portal (PDX), helping ensure data quality and ease of use
  • Investigate and recommend process improvements, including automation opportunities
  • Explore emerging technologies, including potential AI applications, to enhance efficiency and data quality
  • Document learnings, contribute to training materials, and support change management efforts

Role Qualifications

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Interest in retail, technology, and product data management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with JavaScript (academic or self-taught experience is great!)
  • Willingness to learn complex systems and work across functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
