Role Summary

The Manager, Influencer & Community Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of Nuuly’s influencer and community marketing programs. This includes scaling our creator network, growing brand awareness and loyalty, and driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative, insight-led campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and collaborative marketer with a proven ability to build creator partnerships, shape full-funnel campaign strategies, and deliver measurable business results. They will also oversee the growth of Nuuly’s Community Advocacy Program, identifying new ways to engage and activate passionate brand supporters to amplify word of mouth on social media.

This role will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

Role Responsibilities

Ambassadors & Always On Campaigns

 

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Nuuly’s influencer marketing program across all creator tiers and marketing channels, driving full-funnel impact through brand building collaborations
  • Set the strategic roadmap for influencer activations and guide brief development to ensure alignment with brand priorities and key marketing moments
  • Oversee performance analysis of influencer partnerships, leveraging insights to optimize strategy, improve ROI, and inform future campaign planning
  • Responsible for ensuring all Influencer Marketing programs are legally compliant with FTC Regulations or any other applicable rules & regulations. 
  • Work with in-house Creative & Social Teams to ensure Influencer Marketing assets are effectively leveraged across 360 Marketing channels. 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, including Creative, Social, CRM, PR, Buying, Product & UX, Creative Operations and Merchandising.

 

Community Advocacy Program

 

  • Scale Nuuly’s Community Advocacy Program by identifying opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth
  • Develop engagement strategies to activate and retain community advocates, leveraging affiliate programs and other performance-driven tactics
  • Collaborate with the Social team to develop content engagement tactics that align with Seasonal Product activations and can be leveraged across Organic Social channels.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion within the Nuuly community by prioritizing representation in casting, content, and creator partnerships
  • Scale Nuuly’s Influencer & VIP Gifting program to create and deploy gifting campaigns

Role Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing Community Management, or related role
  • Proven ability to lead internal & external communications with clarity, confidence, and a relationship-first mindset, especially when working with creators and partners
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing team, with a focus on strategic guidance, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience building timelines, overseeing complex initiatives and budgets, and navigating a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a strong point of view on emerging influencer trends and a passion for identifying innovative brand-building opportunities
  • Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • General awareness of/experience working with media companies and partners a plus

 

Job Skills:

 

  • Deep understanding of marketing, influencer, and community KPIs, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Proactive self-starter and collaborative team leader who can drive initiatives forward while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, and manage always on programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to present and inspire.
  • Strong project management, process management and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience manipulating data
  • Strong understanding of FTC regulations and all other legal guidelines in the Influencer space
  • Experience using CreatorIQ, GRIN, or other Influencer Management software tools is a plus
