Role Summary

Nuuly is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the execution of exceptional Influencer Marketing campaigns, the continued management of Community marketing programs, influencer gifting campaigns, and broader Brand & Integrated Marketing efforts in relation to Influencer Marketing. 

 

Candidate must be able to identify key influencers and trends, support campaign execution with a relationship-first attitude, and help understand campaign success against existing KPIs. In addition, the candidate will support the execution and daily growth of Community Marketing programs, including engaging with program members and executing on event initiatives.

 

Candidate must be organized, collaborative, and excited about the community and influencer marketing space. 

 

This role will report to the Manager of Influencer & Community.

Role Responsibilities

 

 Community Advocacy Program 

  • Own the execution of daily tasks, including content approval, content management, payments, gifting, and content identification for paid support 
  • Support the Sr. Associate of Influencer and Community by
    • Helping proactively source potential partners for the program 
    • Running the Cluub Nuuly engagement channel, including ideating content and engaging with the community
    • Helping with brief creation, onboarding, and execution for program cohorts month-to-month

 

Ambassadors and Always On Campaigns

  • Support Sr. Associate of Influencer with
    • Content approvals and campaign execution 
    • Campaign reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness against KPIs 
    • Influencer brief creation and briefing
  • Maintain various Influencer trackers, calendars, content drives, and database tools to effectively measure success of program deliverables and support the wider needs of the Nuuly team

Role Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Community Management, or related role
  • General awareness of the influencer and community space 
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication and ability to build relationships 
  • Strong organization skills inclusive of being able to support several projects and maintain several trackers in a dynamic environment 
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn how to communicate with cross-functional partners effectively
  • Hunger for brainstorming/ideating new and exciting influencer partners 
  • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration
  • Flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a dynamic environment 

 

Job Skills:

  • Has a base-level understanding of marketing and influencer KPIs
  • Strong team player and self-starter 
  • Flexibility in a dynamic, startup-like environment 
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Experience using CreatorIQ, GRIN, or other Influencer Management software tools is a plus.
