Role Summary

The Interior Assistant Display Manager supports the Display Team in the creation, execution, and communication of seasonal and monthly display concepts across the brand. Acting as a Home Office representative, this role collaborates closely with store teams, regional leadership, and the Visual Team to bring innovative and business-forward visual displays to life.

Role Responsibilities

  • Display Concept & Execution

    • Collaborate with the Home Office Visual Team to develop and communicate creative interior display concepts and fixtures.
    • Align display plans with product and business priorities.
    • Research trends and gather inspiration for seasonal concepting and brainstorming sessions.

    Prototyping & Materials

    • Support development of seasonal display prototypes in partnership with the Interior Display Manager. 
    • Coordinate material sourcing, testing, and ordering with the Senior Visual Operations Manager.
    • Maintain thorough display documentation, how-to guides, and Loop communications.

    Communication

    • Write clear, concise, and accurate display direction for stores.
    • Facilitate regular check-ins with Visual and Display teams to align on display needs and strategies.
    • Share display concepts with field teams via meetings and digital communication.

    Business Integration

    • Use business insights to time display rollouts with key retail moments (e.g., Black Friday, Anthro Days).
    • Collaborate on fixture and display solutions that drive business performance.

    Organization & Support

    • Maintain archives of display imagery and an inspiration library.
    • Manage a calendar encompassing interior display prototyping and communication.
    • Support the Display Supply budget and oversee Art Room organization, materials

 

Role Qualifications

  • 2-5 years retail visual experience
  • Fine art/carpentry skills
  • High level of craft and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Technical writing a plus.
  • Project management and organization
  • Innovative with excellent creative problem solving
  • Visual portfolio required
