The Urban Outfitters DMM is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the divisional merchandising strategy, ensuring the delivery of a customer-centric product assortment that is compelling, profitable, and aligned with brand values. This role collaborates with brand partners to identify and drive year-over-year growth opportunities through
new concepts, while also managing the core branded business. The role supports the Men’s branded apparel and footwear categories, encompassing both men’s and women’s footwear.
