Role Summary

The Associate Producer is responsible for assisting the planning and execution of all Direct, Wholesale, and Marketing/Social shoots to support departmental and company goals.

 

Role Responsibilities

·       Support production team on all tasks during various stages of production for all Free People categories and Free People Wholesale

·       Option freelance talent on figure (east & west coasts) and still life: ensuring estimates, rates and usage are in line with budget constraints and previous negotiations

·       Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements for all crew members (freelance and in house)

·       Organize + distribute call sheets, travel overview, and deal memos

·       Code and submit approved invoices on a weekly basis

·       Update budget trackers across business divisions with estimates for weekly freelance talent, travels, etc.

·       Oversee EQ rental and prop sourcing, as needed, for creative shoots

·       Order catering

·       Book and meet couriers

·       Upkeep p-card allocations

·       Additional administrative tasks, as needed. For example,

•             Maintain the upkeep of all documents for production team (including deal memos, location and model decks)

•             Oversee and continually update fashion teams shoot calendar

•             Order and track supply expenses

·       Demonstrate effective communication and work to build and maintain strong relationships with agents, vendors, and internal cross functional partners

·       Research new freelance talent (models, hair and make up, photographers, etc.) and propose options to senior production team

·       Work with senior production team on any rate negotiation approvals

·       Proficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously through various stages of production

·       Manage entire production process for creative shoots when applicable while maintaining web studio production with a strong attention to detail

·       Ensure shoot is in budget and timelines are maintained

·       Assist production team with marketing and social shoot processes, as needed

·       Maintain availability to come into the office or travel to shoot locations for in-person support or meetings when relevant or necessary; 3-4 days a week, working with manager to approve schedule

Role Qualifications

·       2-4 years production experience in photography and/or multimedia environment

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite and google drive. Knowledge of Canva a plus.

·       Drivers license a plus

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred

Location

Philadelphia, PA – 3-4 days in office

Travel

Travel required for photo shoots, primarily local but potential for air travel
