Role Summary

Terrain Temporary Digital Asset Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

  • Support + alleviate the retouching team by organizing assets and owning needs associated with DAM + STEP.
    • Check daily activations list for comments
    • Export RNA list weekly and distro to retouchers
    • Divide ecomm assets after each shoot
    • Enter photo received in STEP
    • Make any necessary changes to file names
    • Confirm metadata is correct in the DAM for each sku
    • Prioritize skus for email, creative launch, RNA, etc for retouchers
    • Upload retouched images (on fig, stills, creative alts, etc.) to the DAM daily
    • Transfer image assets for product reclasses
    • Pull stills images and send to CES. Upload, mark in STEP
    • Archive and back up images
    • Monitor swatch needs/requests and create new ones when needed

Role Qualifications

  •  3-5 years in a similar role
  • Familiarity with these systems + plaforms.
  • Organized + detail oriented
  • Effective communication within Creative as well as with cross functional partners.
