Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to enhance the customer’s overall digital shopping and delivery experience. The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Anthropologie and Terrain brand’s objectives and initiatives and will be required to build and maintain partnerships across functional areas within the Brand and Shared Service teams to ensure brand goals are achieved. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop strong vendor communication skills. 
  • Track drop ship orders with vendors through timely communication to ensure they are meeting promised shipping dates.  
  • Utilize daily reporting to resolve inventory issues and/or vendor compliance concerns. Troubleshoot any payment questions and issues for vendors in partnership with Accounts Payable, Buying, Buying Operations and warehouse teams. 
  • Support daily needs of Anthropologie Group’s drop ship program and identify any opportunities for improvement. 
  • Become a ‘super user’ and resource for other users for systems used to run the drop ship business.  
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our current supply chain including inbound POs, outbound to customers, vendor relations and measurement of service levels to customers.   
  • Support Contact Center by providing requested product information and reviewing customer feedback.  

Role Qualifications

1-2 years work experience, preferably operational or customer based. Drop ship experience a plus.
