Role Summary

The Temporary Production Assistant’s primary responsibility is supporting the Junior Producer in producing e-commerce shoots. Additionally, they provide support for all photography, video and product efforts of the production team. This includes daily e-commerce shoots, creative + social shoots and larger creative team projects and internal team needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Junior Producer with daily operations of e-commerce studio photography, including coordinating schedules for in-house teams and freelance talent, booking travel and transportation, ensuring sets are prepared and talent is on time, and maintaining smooth production workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Junior Producer and Creative Assistant to manage pre-production sample logistics, including tracking, passing, and returning samples.
  • Assist in coordinating the transportation of product to shoots. In addition to props and production equipment.
  • Organize and distribute call sheets, production schedules and other shoot-related documents
  • Coordinate & communicate information on availability of freelancer and in-house teams to relevant parties
  • Collect, process, and rectify invoices/expenses on a weekly basis
  • Assist Production team with booking travel, call-sheet development, obtaining COIs, and packing samples for shoots, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide general in-office support including scheduling, running errands, ordering meals, processing invoices, reimbursing executive expenses, and assisting with timesheets and other department tasks.
  • Work with Creative Assistant in maintaining and organizing samples in B22 which includes regular clean outs and inventory check.
  • Periodically requires atypical business hours

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 40lbs
  • Ability to drive large trucks and vans
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign and Photoshop a plus
