URBN is seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital Product team and drive product strategy across our portfolio of beloved brands. As a Product Manager, you'll own the discovery process for identifying customer and business opportunities, define tactical solutions, and facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight millions of customers while driving measurable business results.

Role Responsibilities

What You'll Own

🔍 Drive Discovery

Lead the discovery process for identifying customer and business opportunities. Leverage data, research, and competitive analysis to build compelling business cases that justify opportunity prioritization and guide roadmap decisions.

🎯 Define Solutions

Partner with UX to define user experiences and work closely with BSAs and Engineers to connect business requirements with functional requirements. Field questions and clarify requirements to ensure the team has a shared vision for tactical solutions.

🚀 Own Delivery

Take accountability for successful feature delivery to our brands and customers. Conduct UAT, manage launch readiness activities, and partner with stakeholders to build enthusiasm around new features while measuring their impact.

🌟 Build Consensus

Navigate complex stakeholder relationships to facilitate alignment across discovery, definition, and delivery phases. Negotiate and build consensus among peers across Engineering, Brands, Analytics, and other discipline groups.

Role Qualifications

What You Bring

3+ years building consumer digital products with experience driving product decisions and building consensus among cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Brand stakeholders)

Exceptional communication skills - you're a natural storyteller who can navigate ambiguity and present clear viewpoints to stakeholders at every level

Leadership that inspires - you motivate and support cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - you thrive managing multiple ongoing projects while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments

Retail experience strongly preferred - understanding of digital commerce, seasonality, inventory considerations, and omnichannel customer journeys in fashion/lifestyle retail

Excitement about building digital products for passionate brand communities in the rapidly changing retail landscape

Technical foundation - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Industrial Design, or related field ideal (but we value diverse backgrounds and relevant experience)
