Role Summary

Nuuly is seeking a passionate and analytical Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution, development, and ongoing management of paid marketing campaigns (including paid social & search) to drive growth and brand awareness of Nuuly. This role will also partner closely with internal stakeholders to communicate goals, performance, and key business initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the paid marketing team in managing, analyzing, and reporting on day-to-day performance of paid tactics using data and trends to optimize campaigns & strategies.
  • Assist with campaign development; curate creative, research keyword ideas, investigate audience opportunities, etc.
  • Communicate channel level performance on a daily & monthly basis to internal leadership.
  • Cross-collaboration with various internal teams including Analytics, Creative, and Brand Marketing.

Role Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights & proposals.
  • Basic understanding of any paid media self service platform including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, the Trade Desk, etc. 
  • Excel proficiency with experience using pivot tables and basic formulas.
