URBN is searching for a Financial Analyst to join our wonderful team! As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the URBN Workforce Management Team focusing on reporting and analytics. This position will work closely with all our brands to ensure payroll and scheduling goals are met along with maintaining the labor model used to calculate labor hours across all our North American stores.
Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll and hour variances to budget and forecast
Maintain and update labor model to ensure accurate weekly hours are generated for scheduling
Assist in updating weekly forecasts for sales and task metrics to accurately predict trends for optimal scheduling
Leverage WFM Analytics data to provide data for leadership to recommend efficiencies and improve productivity
Maintain and calculate monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance on several metrics
Assist in support of the automated labor scheduling tool
Assist in the annual budgeting process for store labor
Ad hoc analysis as needed to support the store leadership and URBN workforce management team
