Role Summary

Urban Outfitters is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join us for the Summer. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks. You’ll help track performance, organize campaign assets, and conduct research to support strategic decision-making.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
 
Summer Internship Program Application Process:
 
1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
 
2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
 
3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
 
Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd, 2025.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, QA, and monitoring of paid digital campaigns (search, social, display, affiliate). 
  • Help organize creative assets and maintain campaign trackers and calendars. 
  • Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS). 
  • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to identify new acquisition opportunities. 
  • Assist in preparing weekly performance reports and presentations for internal teams. 
  • Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment. 
  • Help document campaign processes and maintain internal best practices. 

Role Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer acquisition strategies. 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or GA4 is a plus. 
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics. 
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
