Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized and dedicated individual to support and champion future brand growth. This role will support the Store Operations department by developing, maintaining and executing strategies related to store count and business growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support brand operational functions of new store openings, relocations and closures, partnering closely with the URBN Development team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate and support the execution of new category shops and capsules.
  • Develops and executes strategy for temporary store locations.
  • Maintains up-to-date record of store details including hierarchy, building complexities, historical data, equipment and participation in omni-channel and other programs.
  • Maintains accurate postings of customer facing store information.
  • Assesses and supports retail supply offering, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Supports communication and planning related to special projects (Cap ex / facilities).
  • Provide administrative support in the areas of general operations, communication and store related finance.

Role Qualifications

  • Passionate about Anthropologie and the customer
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, other MS Office, and other applications
  • Retail experience preferred
