Role Summary

URBN is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Finance Technical Analyst to support and maintain core financial systems used across our global enterprise. This role will be responsible for managing key financial applications, assisting end-users, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across Finance, Accounting, and Procurement functions. The ideal candidate combines system administration knowledge with a strong understanding of finance processes to help drive operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support for the Eyvo Procurement platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Provide user assistance and functional support for AP Invoice workflow and WebCenter systems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across financial systems, adhering to URBN’s access control and governance policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and URBN tech teams to resolve system issues and coordinate resolution with Oracle Support.
  • Assist with financial planning and reporting processes using Oracle Hyperion Planning and HFM, including troubleshooting and data integrity checks.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including Runbooks, SOPs, and user manuals.
  • Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams to plan and execute system upgrades, patching, and performance maintenance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of financial system issues and work with internal and external teams for resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and security best practices across supported systems.
  • Participate in financial system enhancements, including data validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical analyst or system support role, preferably within Finance or ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financial Applications, Hyperion Planning, and HFM preferred.
  • Experience supporting procurement systems and invoice automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an understanding of internal control and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and functional teams.
