Role Summary

Anthropologie Home is looking for a Temporary Assistant PD Coordinator to support the Tabletop Product Development team in delivering aesthetically aligned samples that reflect the Design team's vision. This role also involves maintaining detailed reports and files to ensure smooth coordination and execution of product development tasks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Draft all approval + amendment emails to be reviewed with Coordinator prior to being sent to vendors.  
  • Partner w/coordinator to identify mtg agenda, pull all samples. Take notes and follow up post mtg create and maintain style pages in Tradestone
  • Track sample send dates with vendors (proto samples, finalization samples, TOPs, etc)
  • Send approval emails by deadline (shared responsibility)
  • Generate email to vendors 2x/week with package send dates/brief list, including target provided by sr levelFollow up with vendors on all TBD info
  • Create packing invoices for packages 2x week
  • Liaise between vendor and design to answer any questions/concerns pertaining to briefs for assigned categories(Shared responsibility)
  • Draft and send emails to vendors for all new brief and sample requests seasonally for assigned categories (Shared responsibility) 

Role Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Sound communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with vendors as well as Design, Buying, and Artist Collaboration Teams. 
  • Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook) 
  • Attention to detail and strong memorization skills
